Who are Mitie Communities?

Mitie provides facilities and maintenance services in the UK and they are responsible for looking after the school buildings. Mitie have clients in a range of different sectors from retail to hospitals, schools, and critical government sites.

What is BookingsGuru and who are Kajima Community?

BookingsGuru is the name of the team at Kajima Community who administrate the out-of-school-hours facility hire at this venue. Kajima Community empower schools, health centres, councils and local organisations to hire out underused venues for the benefit of everyone.

The BookingsGuru team are on hand to answer all of your queries and booking requests from 9am until 5:30pm from Monday to Friday.

What is BookingsPlus?

BookingsPlus is a booking platform which has been designed and developed by Kajima Community, specifically for use in community spaces such as this one.

Who facilitates my booking when I am at the venue?

Mitie provides staff to manage your booking when you are on site. Please liaise with site staff if you have any immediate queries during your booking, and at all other times contact the BookingsGuru team.
